CPS program is a car seat fitting station for parents and caregivers to learn how to properly install and adjust car seats. All fitting stations are staffed with nationally certified child passenger safety technicians. Car seat fitting stations are free of charge, though donations are appreciated. Individuals meeting specific requirements may qualify for a free car seat funded through Illinois Department of Transportation.
