- A variety of immunizations are provided for infants, children through age 18, and adults 19 and older.
Clinics for adults are scheduled on Tuesday 1-4 p.m. and Thursday 8-11 a.m.
Convenient clinics for children are provided monthly.
TCHD bills some private insurance companies. Please contact your insurance company regarding coverage and network status of TCHD.
We have contracts with and are able to bill the following insurances:
-Blue Cross Blue Shield
-Health Alliance Connect
-Medicare Part B**
-Methodist First Choice Network
-United Healthcare (Caterpillar).
**Covers Flu and Pneumonia only. All other services/vaccinations will be paid by the client at time of service.

ALL children receiving immunizations at the Health Department must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian OR be accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age AND have a signed Health Department authorization form from the parent or legal guardian. Forms are available from the Health Department. PLEASE BRING YOUR CHILD'S RECORDS WHEN YOU BRING YOUR CHILD FOR IMMUNIZATIONS.
