Immunization Clinics

  • A variety of immunizations are provided for infants, children through age 18, and adults 19 and older.
  • Clinics for adults are scheduled on Tuesday 1-4 p.m. and Thursday 8-11 a.m.

  • Convenient clinics for children are provided throughout the county each month.

ALL children receiving immunizations at the Health Department must be accompanied by a  parent or legal guardian OR be accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age AND have a signed Health Department authorization form from the parent or legal guardian. Forms are available from the Health Department. PLEASE BRING YOUR CHILD'S RECORDS WHEN YOU BRING YOUR CHILD FOR IMMUNIZATIONS.

To insure that all state immunization requirements are met, this schedule may need to be adjusted for children who begin immunizations later than two months of age.
