Some other services provided by the TCHD Environmental Health Department are:
- Investigate and survey homes for lead exposure.
- Respond to nuisance complaints and investigate all complaints concerning
public health hazards in Tazewell County.
- Provide information and assistance regarding insect and rodent control.
- Reduce public health and safety risks to the general public through
environmental education programs.
